I also just read your stretch mark comment.......ummmm I know girls who are 21 years old, super fit, and have stretch marks......so genetics have ALOT to do with it.

Plus just try to be patient. 2 lbs in 2 weeks is healthy and normal. The first couple weeks can be hard because your body doesn't know what is going on. Once its used to the changes and your metabolism speeds up then it will get better. Atleast thats my experience :)

I like to add lemon to mine, gives it extra flavor. I usually drink about 10 8 oz glasses a day. It will make you feel so much better to drink lots of water!

Def. not eating enough. You need those 1200 atleast just for your body to function. You also need to eat breakfast! If you are skipping meals and not getting enough calories then your metabolisim is going to slow down and your body will hold on to everything you put in it because it thinks its starving. Everyone carries weight differently. I wouldn't use those pictures as reference. Just double check your calculations. :) Personally I think 28% looks about right.

Yes I feel so gross on my rest day! I always have the urge to go to the gym but I convince myself that my body needs that one day a week to rest up :)

I prefer to do a 10 min cardio warm up, then go and do weights because I have more strength and energy - that way I have good form and I can put more effort into it, and then go and do my cardio work out.

Lots of people have a hard time drinking their 8 glasses of water because they "don't lke the way it tastes"....personally I love water...but to make it even better I add lemon slices to a large pitcher of water. It gives it a little flavor and it helps cleanse the body : )

Thanks guys, I will do that! I guess I should have mentioned that I am on a Marine Corps base and I used to work at the gym as well so I am familiar with the machines :) But starting Monday I'm just gonna walk in there and not give a crap :)

I think it was on Dr. Oz or something where I saw if you have this problem you should buy a sports bra that is a size smaller than you usually would buy. So Im a 38 DD and I used to buy them in XL because it was more comfortable. So recently I went and bought a size L in a nike bra...and let me tell you it has made a world…
