All i know is it didnt do anything to change my weight...it does seem to give an energy boost and more frequent trips to the washroom :happy:

I purchased the green bean pills a few months ago in hopes it would help with weight loss. I havent taken it faithfully, however, it hasnt worked for me. Once i started excercising and i changed my cal intake, i lost 7 pounds in 5 weeks. The old fashioned hard work is what works!
