Too Early for Breakfast - For those days when I'm out late and it's like 2am and I'm eating but I haven't gone to bed yet, but in reality, it's morning. Breakfast. Lunch. Snacks. Dinner. Late-night Noms.

Eat the chocolate. Just make sure to stop. I have the same problem. I have Fiber One Chocolate Cereal pre-portioned into snack baggies and I eat them dry. That tends to cure my chocolate craving most the time.

I use the machine at my gym, for the most part. For arms, most things I use 45 pounds, except pull-downs, which are 65. Legs are currently at 65 for everything I can do with a machine. I take a serving of regular bran cereal (0g per half cup) and a serving of Fiber One Chocolate cereal (5g per 3/4 cup) and eat it together. It's delicious, but be careful! It's a lot of fiber, so if you're not used to taking in that much, it might be dangerous.

I would definitely add strength training. Like everyone said, you might gain a little bit from water so your scale number might go up. If you're worried about it, I'd use another form of measurement in addition to your scale, like waist measurements.

I will definitely look into that. I've noticed that a lot of them have serving sizes of 2 scoops, but I don't feel the need to have 50g of protein in one sitting. So I usually use one and it takes me twice as long to get through the jug. Thanks!

Pay off my student loans. Pay cash for my senior year. Get a decent apartment. Purchase a MkV GTI and do some work to it. Get a puppy. Give my parents a chunk of it - they deserve it. Save the rest, cause I'm young and will probably need it someday.
