If you feel like you can go up while keeping good form, you can go up at anytime. There were many times I felt like I could add weight, couldn't complete the reps so went back to where I was... trust your instincts!

You should only look back to appreciate how far you have come! You're doing great, this is a lifestyle change and there should be no time limits, that is what I struggled to realize until recently. Because life happens and we all stumble, but as long as you get back on track... you will be just fine! :flowerforyou:

ugh.. yak butter tea looks horrid. But I'm intrigued, I do want to try this coffee with butter now, my husband will think I've lost my mind! :laugh: Where do you buy this grass fed/clarified butter or coconut oil? how much do you put in it, and why blend in a blender, seems like a hassle?

We're taking the kids to Gatlinburg, Tennessee for the 4th of July... We are in GA so we usually do the beach but I think the baby (8 mo. old) is still a little to young to really get it yet. My first time staying in the mountains... I cant wait!

I really liked Silver Linings Playbook but hated Gangs of New York.. I like the strangeness or unpredictability of movies.... Pulp Fiction is one of my favorites. Bridesmaids, really? I thought it was hilarious!

I wrote notes and drew stick figures on my workout log :laugh: Do whatever you need to do to make it happen, screw what everyone else thinks about it. This is your lifestyle change don't let anyone get in your way. (BTW it's all in your mind) good luck!
