You might not be hungry, drink a glass of water instead.

This is just not realistic. Sometimes when we watch what we eat, we need to go hungry. Hunger is not a bad thing that needs to be avoided. Like the OP said, it's nothing to be afraid of.

A short memory is how I get over it. Dwelling on perceived short comings is never helpful. Every once in a while I have an epic binge. I do my best to thoroughly enjoy it, and they have not hurt my progress.

Can you make your diary public so we can help?
-
I'm still waiting to hear how 1 + 1 does not always = 2.
-
Yes, I hate that one too!
-
Drama much?
-
The idea that you can 'trick' your body. Or 'shock' it.

My husband is a family counselor, and helps parent's cope with this issue. One thing that seems to help is to rearrange the child's bedroom. Seems silly, but it does work.

I think it's the dad who's being stubborn. Seriously, it all depends on your point of view. You think co-sleeping is bad (on what do you base this besides personal preference?) so you are going to call the mom 'stubborn' because she chooses to meet her child's needs in a way you don't approve of. :ohwell:
-
Yikes. I find that quite sad.
-
Oh, that is priceless. LOL
-
On what do your base your opinion (besides personal bias)?
-
Benedryl. Very safe and calming. Can be used any time.
-
Goodness, no. Once saved always saved, unless you reject Jesus Christ as your savior.
-
I don't think there is one particular stance, with the exception of the Catholics. No one really knows. It is between God and the person who is suffering IMO.

Get yourself checked out by a doctor. It could be a lot of things - electrolyte imbalance, low blood sugar, too few calories, a heart problem.
-
But oh so threatening...
-
No, your body does not get more efficient the less you way. You can't eat as much because your BMR number becomes smaller.
-
-
Storing calories does not mean your body is able to make calories up out of thin air.
-
How is it possible that you missed my sarcasm?
-
I only care if mine appear even.

I prefer not to overly layer as it makes me sweaty. Besides which, sports bras are not intended to be worn over regular bras (if I am understanding the question).
-
Considering the source is always key.
-
No.

Your regular doctor can give you viamin B shots if you are actually low. Have you had any blood work done? Checked for anemia? Not much you can do about the sleep apnea except to lose the weight. Do you have a CPAP?

Very cute!

This is the gaining weight forum. Poster said they were trying to gain weight. :noway:
