Thanks for the help. Although it spooks me, I guess I can try to increase them a bit, and perhaps exercise more.. Not exercising would set me on edge too much.. But, I guess in the long run I'd rather be eating like a normal person, so that's my best bet!

I used to, until I got super obsessed with it, so I don't have it anymore. Also, as a side note, if anyone decides to look at my diary, I still ate on the days that aren't completely filled out. Those were just days that I ate out somewhere and already knew I was over my calorie goal.

Fair enough. I guess I should've been more clear. It's not that filling, but it makes me at least less hungry than an apple would. Diary is open. My goal is set to lose .5 pounds a week. I'm not even eating my allotted amount, but still gaining weight. I've actually reached my goal weight, I just haven't updated it. I reached it, started not tracking what I ate (but still eating healthy foods), and then gained back 4 pounds, so now I'm paranoid.

Thanks for all the ideas, everyone. Maybe I'll have some eggs in a bit, and a chicken salad for dinner. I used to be a control freak about eating nutritiously, but that's slowly diminished. I just need a push in the right direction.

You're right, but I'm picky. Apples make me feel hungrier than I did to begin with, so I pair them with peanut butter, which makes the snack more calories than cereal. Oranges aren't as filling as cereal, etc., etc. But I will try to start eating things like this to acquire a taste for them, again. Thanks!

Personally, it took me awhile but I eventually acquired a taste for black coffee. Now flavored coffee tastes funny to me. Drink it black everyday and sooner or later you won't want it any other way.

Blueberries! They go great with everything, and they're just as good frozen as they are fresh. Couldn't live without them. Bananas are amazing, too!

I eat anywhere from 70-100 grams of protein on lift days and let rest days fall where they want to. I try to hit 1550 calories a day, and I've been thinking about increasing that, but I'm not sure? Ask yourself this: Is it disgust or jealousy? I used to be "disgusted" by people's overeating, but thinking about it now, I was just jealous that they could eat that much without a care in the world. I still do get disgusted (read: jealous), but I've also struggled with disordered eating, so I would say no, it's not normal.

Red meat usually, ice cream (only like it on rare occasions.. Moose Tracks is my weakness though!), pop, most dips, only like cheese sometimes, ranch dressing (used to love it, but can't stomach it anymore)... I used to love most of these things, but now that I'm eating healthier, they're just.. blah... to me.

As a person who has dealt with many of the same things, I completely understand. However, you MUST eat more than 800 calories a day. At the very least, eat 1,200. Hi! I'm 5'3 and went from 127 to 109 pounds. I alternate between strength training and cardio daily and I'm currently in the process of upping my calories from 1,200 to 1,500 and maybe even more, if I can handle it without gaining. Anyone can feel free to add me; I'd love to have some new friends!

I ate a whole 12" Hawaiian pizza by myself in one day, which is a TON for me in early June. Would probably do it again though if that was all I was going to eat all day.
