    My top five are:
    1. Garlic powder. I use this on so many of my meals lol.
    2. Extra virgin organic olive oil. I use this for all my cooking needs.
    3. Mint tea bags. I make a mint iced tea that I drink throughout the day. Its' the most thirst quenching and refreshing drink I've had.
    4. Splenda or Equal. Because I can't live without sugar, so I might as well use the no cal version.
    5. Apple cider vinegar. I'm one of those people who have experienced great benefits from this, so I always keep a bottle around.

What are your top five non "food" staples?

Just curious, what's your experience w apple cider vinegar? And how much do you have a day?

    1. Soy sauce (seriously, makes everything better. I even use it instead of salad dressing, did that before I started trying to lose weight.)
    2. Celery-- makes you a nicer person, too, apparently.
    3. Tea! All sorts, though I drink mostly earl grey and english breakfast, and then green for midday and mint for evening.
    4. Broth. Miso is lovely, filling but scarcely any calories.
    5. Chocolate, of course. Dark is my favourite, but I'm not going to refuse any sort.
