I make sure I always have the items below in my kitchen. In no particular order...
1. Dijon Mustard
2. KAL Pure Stevia Powder Extract
3. Garlic
4. Onions
5. Sea Salt, different varieties0 -
almond butter, cabagge, blueberries, hard boiled egg, mini bell peppers0

4. All spice - Tastes so great in many different things. Love it!

My Top Five:
-Lean Ground Turkey
-Salsa (I cook everything in it)
-Eggs
-Peppers (red, yellow, green)
-Lettuce (I use it as an alternative to bread and use it as a wrap)0 -
My top five are:
1. Garlic powder. I use this on so many of my meals lol.
2. Extra virgin organic olive oil. I use this for all my cooking needs.
3. Mint tea bags. I make a mint iced tea that I drink throughout the day. Its' the most thirst quenching and refreshing drink I've had.
4. Splenda or Equal. Because I can't live without sugar, so I might as well use the no cal version.
5. Apple cider vinegar. I'm one of those people who have experienced great benefits from this, so I always keep a bottle around.

3. Olive oil
4. Vinegar (don't use for food-related stuff but I use it to clean almost everything, use it on my hair, can even use it as fabric softener. It's kind of awesome)

1. Chlorophyll extract...my little energy boost, not to mention it does wonders for my skin
2. coconut oil-I eat it, fry with it, put it in my hair haha
3. Amazing grass greens
4. Sunwarrior protein
5. Gluten free tamari-salad dressings, stirfries, basically everything0 -
1. Soy sauce (seriously, makes everything better. I even use it instead of salad dressing, did that before I started trying to lose weight.)
2. Celery-- makes you a nicer person, too, apparently.
3. Tea! All sorts, though I drink mostly earl grey and english breakfast, and then green for midday and mint for evening.
4. Broth. Miso is lovely, filling but scarcely any calories.
5. Chocolate, of course. Dark is my favourite, but I'm not going to refuse any sort.0 -
