I will wait two more weeks to see if there is a change. I just find it so weird that eating small amounts of the wrong thing made me lose more weight than the healthy stuff.

I did use a food scale and I even measure my fruits, veggies, and nuts. I also measured the meat. This week I used more veggies so hopefully we will see some progress. We decided we are gonna add more exercise this week. We went for walks last week just for a start

I am still doing this actually :) I'm not following the eating plan, i'm just eating healthy like i have been. I'm on day 8 now. I took a day or two off when i got sick. So i just picked back up where i was.
