Weight loss help!?
So i've been dieting and exercising for a month now and still have yet to have any results. I'm consuming 1400 calories a day and exercise 3-5 times a week. Having trouble with the binging!
Okay so lately when i start dieting i start off very well. I'll wake up and eat healthy till about the afternoon. Then i find myself craving all these bad foods. After i eat them i feel horrible! Is there anyway i can prevent this binging?
