So i've been dieting and exercising for a month now and still have yet to have any results. I'm consuming 1400 calories a day and exercise 3-5 times a week. I've been doing cardio and weight training every time at the gym. Just wondering if anyone had any advice on what i could be doing wrong. I know it's bad to eat too few of calories so i bumped my calorie intake up from 1200 calories a day. Thank you for reading :)

    current height/weight? Goal weight?

How are you calculating calories eaten? Measuring/weighing, or eyeballing?

Can you make your diary public?

Gonna need more input to give you a good answer.

If you are confident that you are actually not losing weight - weight can stay steady for a month just due to normal fluctuations - then you are eating too much. Make sure you are logging everything as accurately as possible and weigh all your food when possible. Anytime you eat at home logging should be VERY accurate. Weigh your food and log it.

    I've been measuring everything.

Then you are not accurate enough. If you aren't losing weight you are eating too much. What else could it possibly be?

Are you logging everything in your diary? There's not one full day's worth of info in it from the last week (that's as far back as I looked)
