Help?

I recently hurt my foot and am having trouble walking so it makes it hard to work out. Any idea on how to burn some calories till I can walk normal again?

    You could try to do some different kickboxing moves that involve keeping your arms moving. That is a good way to keep your heart rate up without doing much moving around. If you are able to, you could stay in a squat position while doing some of it to add a little bit of a lower body workout to it as well. Good luck !!
