I also have sciatica. It flares up from time to time. When it gets really bad, I see my massage therapist and she does a deep massage and targeted stretching. Other times I'm able to get it under control with stretching at home. If I would just do my 10 minutes of stretching each day, it likely wouldn't flare up at all. A…

I also use sugar or honey. I just don't think 2 tsp a day are that much or will have much impact on my calories. Plus I've read way to many studies on artificial sweeteners to feel good about using them.

When I started MFP my goal was 115 - 120. I'm kinda stuck at about 120. So right now I'm focusing on toning and BF%. If I stay at 120 but get my BF% down then I'll be happy.

Make a real muscle. They might be Minnie Mouse muscles, but I earned them. :) And this week I increased my dumbbell weights to 15 lbs and I started bench pressing with the empty barbell.

I'm almost 5'2" and my 'stretch goal' weight is 115. It has been a lot of years since I've been there, and I've never really been this fit before, so we'll see what happens. But I did just weigh in at 119 (my 'target goal' was 120).

Yep, this is exactly how it works in my house. Whoever is cooking decides what we eat and how it is cooked. If the other person doesn't like it then they can make their own dinner. This system has actually cut down on a lot of fussing about dinner. :)

I'm very new to MFP and my husband and I just started doing paleo with eMeals.com. In all honesty, I'd say our diet is mostly paleo with a bit of Mediterranean.
