I'm 26 and 5'8. Mfp says I need15% protein which I get. 55 carbs and 30 fat. I'm over 30% fat but I stay with in my 1270 cals a day. I think I lost a little bit of weight but me in particular I can't see it. I'm afraid that ill lose weight but my gut will look the same. I'm trying to lose 2 lbs a week. I'm 190 lbs 26 yrs…

Thank you. I always thought it didn't matter how you accumulated the cals as long as you don't go over what mfp said. I get scared bcuz I'm on a budget. I don't have the means to buy the food I would like to eat like fish and all that stuff. I eat bread everyday which I was told was bad. Will I still lose weight?

I have a question. Can I lose weight on diet alone? I use the mfp and it has me eating 1270 cals a day. My bmr is 1936. Does it matter what I eat as long as I don't go over 1270 cals?

I think i will take your advice. Ill eat some if them back. Just enough so I won't starve myself. But I still need to know if I would lose weight at the rate I'm on now. Someone said I'd probably lose weight faster which is what I want. I'm going for 2-3 lbs a week

And for the person that asked about the amount if time. When I do my walks, I walk 2.7 miles to get to my destination and it takes 45 mins. And 45 to get back. And u do that twice a day

Thank you for the advice. And u didn't know what I was doing with the walking was impressive lol. I used to be I. The army & we ran 5-6 miles a day. But that was yrs ago and u can't do that no more lol
-
Thank you. But can you explain what would happen if I continued this way? And what changes should I make?

Hello everyone. I'm new to this but I think I'm under eating. I'm 26 200lbs, and I eat 1300 to 1400 calls a day but I walk about 6-8 miles a day and burn about 800 to 900 cals a day. Is that healthy?
