I just started the video, but I had a quick question, how do you record the calories burned/exercises you did on the video under the exercise tab?

I'm new at mfp and also doing the 30 day shred..quick question...how do i calculate in the exercise tab calories burned for the 30 day shred video? Sorry if it's a dumb question, I'm just not sure how to record it. Thanks!
