New image from today *revives old topic* progress slowed down alot, on the verge of <200lbs and been hoving between 203-210 for 2months, currently been 203lbs for 2weeks so its all working still, ill get there! Just need to start going to the gym 3-4 times a week again rather then once or twice :P

That would be EA's Sports Active 2, read alot of bad reviews about its kinect tracking, inaccurate HRM, poor repetitive workouts and glitchy game so id stick to the Kinect specific titles. Kinect sports is great fun but if you want a proper workout try Your shapes cardio boxing or The biggest loosers 30day workouts, they will get you burning around 300-400cal in under 45min and work up a real sweat + good for toning with lots of situps, pressups etc! I just use the gym on the way home from work. I drive past it to get home so its no excuse :) only reason I joined my current gym as its about 10miles from home and theres better closer. But even on weekends and days off ill drive there to do hour or two.

Went last night :) New love for nandos chicken butterfly breast with lime and mango marinade and a little bit of hot sauce drizzled on the top! Only 315 cals 9g fat and 58g protein! Spicy rice makes a great side dish at 199cals 34carb 5g fat 4g protein 0.5g salt and 4g sugar, one tasty filling and fairly healthy meal!

I dont always log some things as I do them out of habbit before leaving for work at 7am I always have a large glass of fresh orange juice, sometimes ill grab a innocent smootie (3 of your 5 a day) and always have some veg with dinner such as peas, carrots, brocolie... I think cereal is a bad thing and ive been eating it…

I still do this every few days ill have a biccy or treat myself to a starbucks ice drink but I keep an eye on my other intake for the day and work out, never had an issue with it and never stopped loosing weight

Exercise will see them go down, you cant target certain areas like that, sure you can target muscle growth in those areas by certain exercises but the only true way is burn fat and let it burn off all over your body, they will go down in size over time...theres no such thing as a quick way of fixing certain body parts…

Upped my workout now mainly on running machine, now warm up then steady at 7kmph for 1min then do 2mins at 11kmph then 2min cool down then another 2min burst...repeat for 25mins :) doing this every day this week + 3km on bike and weights, now benching 40lbs
