BF % has increased with loss of 10lbs??
According to my scales comparing my current 243lbs to previous checked 253lbs my BMI is down from 58.7 to 56.7 my body fat weight is up from 126 to 128 and bofyfat percentage is up by 0.3%....surely something is wrong or are my scales that inaccurate? Is this bad? Eating & exercise query-
Hey I normly eat around 1500-1800cals per day before exercise and aim around anywhere from 350-500cal burn per day. Is this recommended or will I be reaching near starvation due to the 350-500 burn off? I feel fine and fairly energetic so I guess its ok but would like some peoples opinions of whats best?
