Moobs!

So im loosing weight and looking better for it but I still have some moobs on the go!

Is there anyway to really target and reduce them? Its starting to look odd now I have a smaller stomach and still fairly largish moobs (they have gone down a fair bit aswell tho)

    As you continue burning up your fat, they will eventually go too. Make sure you're doing strength training as well so you don't sacrifice lean body mass. But ultimately "moobs" are made of fat, and fat is reduced via calorie deficit. Unfortunately we don't have the luxury of choose which locations we want the fat-burn to occur in.
