90% of my exercise since starting early this year have been home workouts using the Kinect and a few games, yourshape, dance central and mainly the biggest loser.

Having hit the 14lbs lost mark I decided to up the difficulty of my 5x a week (when I can) 50min workouts to "challanging" and they sure were! Sweating like mad by the end.

Started off with basic warmups, some light skipping, side chops, tyre jumps, punch hook uppercut dodge combos and holding plank.

Then things got intresting, some fast "mountain climber" movements

30x side to side squat steps
2min speed skate
20x push ups on knees
25x mountain climber
25x burpees
20x push-ups
30x side to side lunges

Few more kick, uppercut, blocking etc combos

This is none stop for 50mins and burned around 410cals accordin to the in game burner, not too bad! Was around 300cals on medium difficult (which didnt have burpees, mountain climber or as many pushups)

Oh if your unsure what some these cardio moves are then look below-
