What are peoples views on this?
I'm drinking loads of water by adding a little bit of robinsons no added sugar orange squash to it. I know theres the whole argument for artifical sweetners but it realy helps me drink my daily water and completly cut out fizzy drinks. If I'm just drinking water and nothing else like I did for a short whilte I find myself craving pop.

I just refuse to do artificial sweeteners - I think there's just too much evidence that they're not a good thing to put in your body. My husband and I have replaced squash and juice with chilled sparkling water with a little fresh lemon or lime juice squeezed in. Either that or iced herbal or green tea. It takes a while for your tastebuds to adjust, but they do!0

You can try stevia. It is from plant so it is natural. No chemical stuff.0
