Getting back into fitness after climbing snowdon

Well during 2011 I managed to shift almost 50lbs, since about September last year I have gradually piled them back on, still about 25lbs lower then my early 2011 weight but yesterday really inspired me to get back out there and diet more,

Five mates and myself went to Snowdon he highest peak in England and Wales and managed the climb and descent in under 6 hours on the PYG track then returning by the miners path. Must say its just over 24 hours since getting back from the walk and my legs are still feeling it but what a great experience that I would recommend to others :)

In the mountain range is a wonderful clear lake

Over the other side of the ridge near the summit is an amazing view, the weather was perfect and could see for a good 50 miles
