If it goes in my mouth, I log it! I log the chewing gum, it may only be 20 cals for a sugar free pack, but if I ate a pack every day for a week that would be 140 cals and my just put me under the 3500 mark for a pound loss.

Hey, think you should check in with your doctor. If you have not been trying to lose weight and nothing has changed your lifestyle or diet it is a good idea to have such a large weightloss monitored. There is probably a simple explanation, its just always best to be safe than sorry xx
