Just carry on today, dont restrict yourself food wise. I would be tempted to throw in some exercise, train a little harder than usual for the next couple of days to even things out. As long as you had fun with your friends and the pizza was good, just log it and move on, you dont need to punish yourself.

No, I didnt miss the point at all. I just dont see the point in "cheat days". I am a foodie, I live with a chef its hard not to be. Yes of course alot of people will have these thoughts and the only advice I can really offer is to face each "battle" at a time. You have no way of knowing what your skin will look like until you have lost the weight x

I weigh once a month because I love to see a big loss. This motivates me to stick at my nutrition and exercise because if I dont see a loss after 30 days then I only have myself to blame :p x I weigh in at the doctors and also have my body fat and water measured so I know exactly what has been lost or gained x

I always save at least 1000 cals for my dinner, love a big hearty meal at the end of the day, so dont worry about eating late, it does you no harm :) x

Drop the cardio and pick up the weights! Seriously, nothing works better for fat burning than heavy lifting. Im assuming you dont lift as you made no reference to weight training in your OP.

I work pretty much the same hours and have a similar schedule. At around 7.30pm that is when my day "ends" and i put on the TV and pick up the weights! I lift while I watch TV with the other half and he usually lifts with me x
