Congratulations on your loss!! As for the pills, I wouldnt bother with them to be honest. Shake things up in your diet and exercise routine to get off that plateau, your body loves change! Are you measuring your inches? I find this alot more helpful than the scales, there are so many causes for fluctuations and a gain can significantly dent your fitness mojo. I would reiterate what others have said in that we need to see your diary and know how long you have been eating at this deficit to provide any helpful…

Im just a little worried about you being "a proud owner of a skeletal upper body and ribs instead of boobs"? You really shouldnt be aiming for body fat any lower than 17%, you currently have the same body fat as most athletes. Are you wanting to be healthier or skinnier?

Its all trial and error and finding what works for you personally. Maybe eat back your exercise calories for the next four weeks and if you are not happy with the results try eating back only half for the following four weeks. Everyone responds differently, its about finding what works for you xx

Are you eating back your exercise cals, is 1600 cals your NET? You might need to open your diary so we can have a little nosy.
