Will I lose weight and get toned?

I want to lose 8 to 10 pounds and get toned, and I started doing the 30 day shred and blogilates calendars. Will it work? Has anybody try them and seen results?
I'm 144 and I want to be 136/134, I do those workouts 6 days a week, and eat started eating healthier (no sugar, practically no salt, the only thing I only cut in portions and didn't stop eating was rice and pasta (I've heard they are bad if your losing weigh, but i like them too much to stop))

    You may not lose scale weight, but you may (or may not) lose inches.

    If you do a search here, there are plenty of threads with 30 Day Shred (30DS) results.

    Make sure you're eating to fuel yourself through these workouts.

    I just finished 30DS and lost 5 lbs and I think 12 inches and I feel tighter everywhere. My biceps are especially hard right now and I'm loving it!!! Go for it!

    Weight loss is 90% diet so don't count on exercise too much for weight loss. The exercise you're doing is great for fitness and you may see a small amount of muscle definition from it but you really need to count those calories.
