So if you eat veggies and fruits all day you HAVE to be cramming carbs because you are THAT hungry? :o I'm so confused, no one has ever told me to cram veggies. I was told to up my protein if anything. Where did you learn all this craziness!?

Honestly it really depends on you as a person. I however would start off with just walking. That scar is going to burn like all heck. Talk to your doctor before starting something like that right after you get cleared its hard and I wouldn't suggest it right away. Good luck with whatever you choice to do.

Not for everyone, but I found Paleo eating style (I'm not 100% but I try) has really helped with my food problems. When I "cheat" I end up feeling it the next day. Good luck!

I have Fibromyalgia also, I run and do some weight lifting too. :smile: The hardest thing about Fibro is figuring out when to push and when to take it a bit easier. I think I got it down. You are doing great, keep it up. :flowerforyou:

Sweet potatoes ARE paleo, just if you are trying to lose weight while on paleo you limit your intake of them. :smile: You may add me if you like. I try and do mostly paleo... a few slip ups here and there but no one is perfect right? :laugh:

I would raise your exercise to light activity then you wouldn't have to worry about things like this. Unless you lay in your bed all day then there is no reason why it shouldn't be on light activity. I would find it annoying to have to log every single thing I do because I have it set at sedentary. :laugh:

This is an AWESOME idea, I may have to try this with my husband. He is all GO FOR IT for a few week then loses interest. I try and motivate him but it never sticks much. Maybe if he saw a box siting there and taunting him he would keep motivated. :smile:
