  • That is why I wont even think about it, at least not yet. I plan on having more kids but also I'm going to give it 110% before decided that I do need a tummy-tuck. I think if I lost more weight that it wouldn't look as bad. Who know in the future though.
  • I'm still working on mine. Its much smaller then it was though, as the weight goes down it gets smaller... so gotta keep working away. I would love to see pictures or hear more stories of women that have lost it. Its so hard because I need motivation and you hear so much that it isn't going to happen without a tummy-tuck.
  • Mine as of lately has been always red. I changed it so now its fine. I was having to cut protein out of one meal to try and make it fit on what MFP had it at, and that is just a no go for me.
  • ^ this and just be a healthy active role model for my son and future kids.
  • Its legos in a video game.. what is NOT to love. I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with it but I do enjoy playing it once in awhile. I think its more fun to play with people rather then by yourself though.
  • How long did it take you from start to finish? I was about 220-230 when I had my son (3 years ago). I finally got under 200 but I'm stuck in the 190s. I just changed up my diet to try and get past this point. I work out 5 days a week. Just wondering how long it took you since we almost had the same starting weight. I wanna…
  • Yes hips spread, doesn't mean you can't get down to whatever you want (healthy weight of course), just means your body is going to look different then when you were a teenager. Your a grown women, love your new curves.
  • So in! Love Doctor Who!
  • I have my bodymedia on all the time, so yeah it logs it. Don't even gotta think about it.
  • You just said what I was thinking, I think that person is being obsessed over breasts. Though, she does have nice breasts... not going to lie. I just think they are to big for her body but as long as she is happy.
  • This is someone I this has an awesome body, look at her butt and legs!
  • You should never eat less then 1200 calories. That is the very LEAST you should eat, you really should get more then that though. I think you need to do a little research and figure out your TDEE, and read up on nutrition some. Good luck to you! Here is a website to help you figure out how many calories you should eat.…
  • Your body already cleanses itself, there is no need to do one unless you have some kinda medical condition that your body doesn't get rid of toxins on its own. Save your money, that is my suggestion. Good luck. Just noticed in Chit-chat so not sure if real... either way ... Good luck
  • I'm right there with you, I'm going to try this "diet" (hate using the word). Not because I think its a cure all, not because I'm looking for some magic weight loss diet. I'm trying it because my diet needs a kick in the butt.. I have lost weight but as of lately I can't move the pounds. They wont budge. I workout I eat…
  • I'm also new, I'm starting Monday however. I have to hit up the stores tomorrow to get me started. So I'm in to see advice. Feel free to add me also.
  • Like everyone else said overall weight loss. Only way yo are getting rid of that by Friday is by magic... and if you find any of that feel free to share with some of us because I would love to get rid of my belly fat now too. Just be realistic. If you don't feel comfortable in your suit find something else to wear. Is your…
  • Honestly you look great. Not everyone is meant to wear the same types of styles of jeans. You may wanna try a different style if you are unhappy with how they look on you. Remember everyone is different. You don't look like you have much fat to lose at all so I would suggest lifting. You don't like your butt.. do some…
  • Sounds like you need to up your calories a bit. Also start lifting, while you are doing a wonderful job walking lifting will help get you farther in your weight lost. Do some research on your TDEE and look around for lifting programs. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ You are doing a great job! Keep it up…
  • At least go get him xray to be sure. I use to have a dog that ate socks/gloves. He usually pooped stuff out or threw it up but there was one garden glove that he ate that had to be removed. Its a pain though. If you get him xrayed then you know its in there, if its not then you can search some more for it. Its best not to…
  • c25k is a great program. I have the app and you run 3 days a week. They tell you not to do back to back days. So I do Monday Wednesday and Friday. I'm on week 3 day 2 and I have seen a big improvement. Good luck!

  • The saggy skin over time may tighten some. It just takes time for it to catch up. You can just do your best and lose weight and work your core out the best you can. Don't let people say it isn't possible to get a better looking stomach, it all depends on the person. There is women out there tat bounced back from having a…
  • Hi Hannah, you are making a good first step. I also have fibro, and I waited too long to start trying to lose weight. Just take it slow. Don't push yourself too hard, and don't give up if you fail a few times first. I wish you luck! :flowerforyou:
  • Me! Starting week 3 today.

  • If you like beachbody workouts did you consider p90x? They have some cardio and some lifting. You could always do cardio every other day and lifting on the other days and take off Sundays. That is what I do. Good luck
  • Nearly never. Once a month maybe. I rather go on how I look, and stuff fits then the scale number, the scale just discourages me. If I look at the scale to much it makes me get off track because I feel like it should be lower, then I end up being bad for a few days. Its just what works for me though.
  • You could just use it for other stuff, like not cooking. There is plenty of ways to use it. What brand did you buy? Here is a link of ways, didn't read them all but you get the idea. Hope that helps. http://wellnessmama.com/5734/101-uses-for-coconut-oil/
  • I was up and online at the launch of both Cata and MoP. :blushing: I could go on with my Geek-ness but wont.
  • Mine is down and so is my husband's. Glad its not just us. But we can still log our stuff, so I guess it isn't SO bad.
  • Like they said, can't pick where you are going to lose weight. BUT she does have some good dvds. I happen to like 30DS. So have fun! Good luck!
  • Well he is a grown up and you aren't his mother. You can't force him to eat or drink what you want. My husband is very stubborn. He just wont listen about portion control, so what I do is only make enough for 3 servings (My son, my husband and me). That way there is no way he can eat more and if he wants more then he can…
