  • Sorry if this sounds mean but sometimes they gotta just cry. I mean if you wanna be healthy then you have to put some time into cooking. Doesn't mean she has to sit there and cry for hours on end but 10 minutes isn't going to hurt her. Baby wearing is also a good thing, she will be right there and you will have both hands…
  • Honestly NOTHING will help them, only time. I use lotion on my skin but not for stretch marks only for dry skin. So I did NOTHING for mine and you can't really see them unless you are looking for them. They will fade. Just embrace them.
  • Never going to give up coffee. I drink it black or with a tiny bit of stevia. It isn't packed full of sugar and doesn't kill my calories. I could see how it would be a problem if you got the "fancy" drink from a coffee shop all the time but plain coffee is fine. Green tea is a good drink too.. so just drink what you want.
  • I don't see why its that big of a deal. We use to do workout dvds in our gym class. Those are the days I really did something instead of standing around let all the "jocks" do all the work while playing basketball or hockey or ect. As long as they are having fun with it and as long as the teacher is watching them to make…
  • Going to do mine right before I jump in the shower (which is going to happen soon). I nearly forgot to start today.
  • My (almost) 3 year old tries to do the workouts with me. Just let her copy you. Don't let her use weights. Its great to be a role model. Don't try and hide the fact that you eat healthy and workout from her... its great for her to learn to be healthy now instead of trying to figure it out when she is older.
  • It really depends on the person. If you can do just do one "cheat day" then get right back to eating your calories then I would say once in awhile is fine. BUT if you are one of those people that that "cheat day" turns into a cheat week then I would say stay within your calories until you are able to just handle the one…
  • Peanut butter, nuts, and olive oil. Also make extra for him to eat. You could also make him some protein shakes, that can boost up his calorie count. Good luck and hope he feels better soon. :flowerforyou:
  • I don't know if this will change anything but I know on Scooby's it goes by hours not how many days. Light is 1-3 hours (a week). Moderate is 3-5 hours ( a week). So I don't know how many hours you workout or anything but maybe try putting it at light instead?
  • http://www.brookstone.com/aqua-zinger-flavored-water-maker This makes it easier. When I first started drinking water I used this all the time. Now I love just plain ice water.
  • I started doing this, I'm doing c25k then on days that I'm not doing that I'm doing Ripped in 30. But only doing Ripped in 30 when I don't have anything else planned.... like the other day instead of doing that I played tennis all afternoon. Its sounds like a good plan, good luck! :flowerforyou:
  • I was just saying for me, I don't know about other people. Plus prices are different everywhere. So eating healthier for me is a bit cheaper then when I was eating unhealthy.
  • I spend about the same amount as I did when we were eating unhealthy. (about $150 a week) The only difference is now is I feed 3 instead of 2 now. I buy my son some extra stuff that I don't eat. So I would say eating healthier is cheaper then eating unhealthy.
  • ^ This. They fade. I have them everywhere and no one notices them anymore. Even my husband can't really see them. I got them from being pregnant so they don't bother me that much. Badge of honor. Honestly most people have them. Use lotion will help some but if you get them there isn't much to do about it. There is…
  • If you do TDEE-20% then you don't eat back your exercise calories because they are already calculated in. I use this website. Makes it a lot easier. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ Good luck if you have questions feel free to message me.
  • I completely agree with you. There are very few that I can even stand. I rather just cook the night before and reheat it the next day. Good luck in your hunt though.
  • I agree ^^ If you wanna be tone then why are you losing more weight? You should be working out to shape your body. Honestly you are at a good weight now.
  • Goes by how many hours you work out a week. Light is 1-3 hours Moderate is 3-5 hours Strenuous is 5-6 hours Hope that helps.
  • How many calories do you eat? I know I started off pretty low (before I got really into researching it) and lost for a few weeks then it stalled out and I didn't lose anymore. I then upped my calories and I gained a few pounds but then it started to drop again. I been losing pretty steady ever since. This is the website I…
  • If you aren't willing to change what you are doing then there is nothing anyone can say to you. Count your calories and burn more then you eat... its THAT simple!
  • They are also big into exercise. They walk/bike everywhere. Also public parks have workout machines for people to use when on breaks or whenever. You can eat like them but if you don't change your lifestyle to mimic what they do then it wont work.
  • I so wanna do a color run with my son. He is nearly 3 and would have a blast. I think we are going to have to wait till next year though. :grumble:
  • Me me me! :glasses:
  • Question.. what is wrong with Tomatoes? I love tomatoes... Also don't feel like you need to eat salad everyday.. that would get boring fast. Eating healthy can be fun!
  • Ahh beat me to it Do this ^^^ haha
  • Working out that much 1200 is way to low. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ That website will help you find a better calorie goal. I know it helped me. Good luck!
  • I have a nearly 3 year old son. I put on a lot of weight when pregnant (should have known I couldn't eat all that food  ). Lately he has had me up and down the stairs all day... its his new thing. At least I'm losing weight.
  • Nice! Gotta say this gives me hope. :flowerforyou:
  • You both look great! Keep up the great work. :flowerforyou:
  • Unless you are eating an insane amount of calories then there is no problem with having a "cheat day". Just the next day get back to eating what you normally eat. If you don't have self control and can't handle one cheat day then no its going to end bad. Do what works for YOU don't worry about what others can handle.
