Yes you could use peppermint extract - I've heard it's about a 1 to 5 ratio - so you would just use more extract (maybe a teaspoon). I imagine you could even melt or break up candy canes too. I believe the Starbucks is about 170 calories without whip cream - but I may be mistaken....so this version a bit of a calorie…

Throw half to a whole avocado in with protein powder, almond milk, banana and spinach. If you also add Chia or Flax seed it will add fiber and omega 3's.

4 Skinless Salmon 8 oz plain greek yogurt 4 tbs grated parmesan cheese 2 tbs lemon juice fresh garlic to taste, minced salt & pepper to taste dried bread crumbs or crushed seasoned croutons Mix all ingredients together, except salmon. I've found you have to be careful looking for low fat options, they are usually higher in sodium and carbs than the full fat versions, it's a trade off I guess. I have a Garmin HRM and I love it! I do lots of biking and outdoor running and I like that it tracks my distance and MPH. You can also sink to the Garmin website and it will show progress, elevation etc. I've never had a problem with it locating the chest strap and it's a breeze to use.
