I eat TDEE. I have a Fitbit Blaze and have a pretty good idea of my weekly/monthly calorie burn. For the life of me I can't figure out how to set MFP to represent TDEE. Also if you have a few calories left at say the end of the week, so you tend to eat them back? Thanks so much!
