Hi. I do zumba currently. At one point I used to do what you did and I actually lost weight that way. I would do my own zumba class pretty much. This was years ago, but I am now enrolled in a fitness center where I do zumba and whatever class I see that may interest me.

Great job! You look awesome! I am 5 3" as well and my current weight is 158.0. My first weight goal is 140 and well from there I have no idea how low I want to go (maybe 130)?

I am new to cottage cheese. My favorite way to eat it so far is with 1 tbsp of peanut butter on a toasted whole grain bread. DELICIOUS!!!

I say try it! Im scared to join Zumba (because I also think people will just be staring at me) BUT I am starting my first class tomorrow! Im excited but scared at the same time but Its time to kick this baby weight to the curve!
