Make a personal list for a nice circuit workout! All can be done using a small space Push-ups Sit-ups Planks Leg lefts Flys with weights Wood choppers Jumping Jacks Add more or repeat! I love a good circuit workout!

I did my first 5K August 3rd, Color Run, PERFECT first 5K!! I've already signed up for my next one in September! :) It was so much fun!!! AND tonight I smashed my 5K time by 4 minutes! Yay me!!!!! Get ur closest friends or family or both and get a team going! You can do it!!!

If u can get your hands on a Malibu Pilates chair (check Craigslist) GET ONE! It's so addicting!! I'm just getting back in to my routine and I love to change it up by doing cardio/treadmill circuit training w weights and a couple days on my chair! A great rounded workout! I am nearly a week in and feel unstoppable with the workouts that I have tackled! Changing it up, trying new things and I am hooked!!! Keep it up!!

I'm trying not to weigh myself daily!! Want to weigh in officially on Tuesday evenings, but couldn't help myself a few times and snuck on the scale this week!! I'm seeing losses so far so it's all good!!!! :)

Cardio, treadmill, dancing and Circuit training! Love my weekly dancing (Tap) but really enjoyed my mix of circuits today, woweee feeling it tonight!! :)

Very nice!! Get your protein in too! I'm going to bake a whole chicken this weekend so I can have yummy low carb wraps and salad all week! :) If you are a tv watcher, get up between commercials and do some jumping jacks or crunches or planks!! Move move move when u can!

Without even realizing it til I added sugar counts to my food tracker, I've come in under for the past 2 days! Yippee!!

I have fat free cottage cheese w pepper and a table spoon of fat free ranch dressing on top in the evening and it FILLS me up!! Plus I read somewhere that eating cottage cheese for an evening snack is good for you!! Drink some water but not so much that u will be up to wee every hour!! If u like CC, try it!!! :)
