Reducing sugar?

I almost always go over my sugar, which is set at 35grams. It's not like I'm eating junk....it's only stems from milk and fruit. So, should I worry about it or not? I figure if its coming from natural foods, then it's fine, right?

As long as its coming from healthy food like fruit and milk I dont see a problem as long as you are staying within your calorie range0

Try eating different kinds of fruit that don't have as much sugar. The less sugar (any kind) your body has to process, the better off you are!0
