So this is my second day of logging on and tracking my food. The best thing so far I think is definitely the thinking about my calorie intake. After logging everything from today so far I can see what I need to cut out later in the day.

I think my weakness is definitely going to be the exercise - but if I have more friends on here who struggle with this too then I think that would be a good motivation for me. Little steps I think should do the trick.

I have a 1200 calories a day limit, so my exercise reward is that I get to eat more calories (which is a great motivator for me).

Wishing you all the best of luck, feel free to add me :drinker:

I have dieted on and off for years, and no matter how much weight I've lost, it's never made a tangible difference in my body the way exercise has! If you're worried about keeping up, get a Biggest Loser dvd. It's easy to keep up with, and has big girls working out, so it makes you feel like if they can I can. If you hate cardio, do some strength training. Just move!! You will learn to love it, I promise. I've ALWAYS hated it. I hate sweating lol But now I love it. Its empowering.

I am nearly a week in and feel unstoppable with the workouts that I have tackled!

Changing it up, trying new things and I am hooked!!!

    Keep it up!!
  • Hi & welcome! I often use my exercise as a reward... seems to keep me motivated!
