I feel your pain! Last night I thought I'd rather starve than face more veges. Usually I try sticking to raw veg, lots of greens etc, but I find if I compromise and make a 'warm' salad with some roasted pumpkin/sweet potato and garlic, peppers, tomatoes etc it makes a good change.

I thought that about the salmon too! But I looked it up on google and apparently it is very high in cals, good fats but high nonetheless. the 1200 figure is what MFP suggested, but I'll do as some of you have suggested at change my goal to 1lb p/w in stead of 2lb, and hope the extra calories make me feel better.

thanks for your repsonses, just trying to synchronize my food diary now. I'm 5'4. not really feeling hungry, just crabby, but maybe see what happens if I switch to 1lb p/w.
