I am based in the UK so some of the companies may not be over in the US too. My partner has already qualified for the EU and World Champs, hoping that will be me next year,…

Ouh did that take place in the park? I did a run there in October, and it is crazy hilly for such a ncie park.

In your diary your goal is listed as 800 calories???? Is this what you are aiming for?
-
I found that the issue wasn't really the alcohol itself but the food I ate when drunk or hungover. I cut out beer as much as possible as the calories are crazy however will happily enjoy a fair amount of JD and diet cokes or Vodka Soda Water Fresh Lime which only come to 50 - 60 cals per drink which is nothing. I also make…

How about putting a step on each side so the barbell sits on that and is a little more elevated?

Vodka soda water and fresh lime is always a good combo

I hit my goal weight last year in March, and maintained easily for the first few months. I was still hitting the gym just as much though being a little less careful with my eating. For some reason in November I had a bad week which involved too much drinking and eating, I gained a few lbs which wasnt the end of the world…

I am 5'7 and 140lbs, UK size 8 - 10, mainly 10 but have come across some pieces of clothing that are too big and had to buy a 8. I wouldn't worry too much about what the scales says just stop when you feel that you are happy with your body and look the way you want to.

If you are looking for a quick boost, I have just tried ASN Pre Charge Hardcore, good taste/mixability includes the usual caffeine/taurine, creatine and 11gs of protein per serve. And only £19.99. Best buzz Ive had from a supplement

I have just had a look at your diary and it seems like you are eating very little. What is your daily calorie goal? If you are being too strict with yourself and eating less than 1200 a day no wonder you lose interest and go on a binge as that amount does not allow you any extra calories to play with and enjoy different…

Hi, If you workout daily and taking in 66g - 70g of protein a day it is definitely not too low. Many sites recommend you take in 1g of protein per lb of LBM. I workout daily and eat anywhere between 110 - 150g of protein per day. My macros are set as 40/30/30 carbs/fat/protein. If you have only just started training it is…
