You can pick whichever body part you want to work and they will give you the best exercises for it0 -
Add calisthenics such as Dips, Pullups, Pushups, Squat also.0

this youtube channel has some great dumbell workouts it even has some jillian micheal work outs so you don't have to spend the money !

Checked out the site and it looks brilliant. A great introduction into lifting without having to attend the scary gym, thanks for sharing.

You can do a lot of the barbell programs with dumbbells if you use modified lifts...I've been doing a dumbbell-modified version of this program for several months now, and have been really pleased with the results: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=41958430
