It depends on your gender, age, height, activity level, and weight. If you burn 350 calories a day, you need to eat more than 1,200, that's for sure.

I used to never eat vegetables but now I eat them alllll the time. The other day I was even craving a salad. I used to hate salads.

I haven't for a really long time. Several months at least. To be honest, I can't even remember the last time I had fast food. I need a cheat day lol. Fast food doesn't really appeal to me anymore though, especially since it made me feel yucky every time I had it when I was a regular fast food lover.

Quitting white pasta would be a good idea but if you still eat it I doubt it will hinder your weight loss. Less pasta or whole wheat pasta is just healthier.

Absolutely NOT. Eating less than 1,200 calories is very unhealthy. In fact, for most women, 1,200 calories is too little. You have a BMR, or basic metabolic rate. I eat a lot of things. I make sure I eat a lot of protein, fruits, and veggies and I'm usually at around 1300 to 1600 calories. I don't do strenuous exercise though.
