Really enjoying everyone ‘s comments. I have managed 9 out of 11 AF days this month so far. I decided to allow myself 1 bottle over the weekend and that worked out fine. I managed to return to AF on the Sunday and sticking with it. I feel much more in control

Hi folks, I am trying to reduce my alcohol as I know I am self sabotaging my weight loss. You are quite right, I have found by logging every day - even at the end of the day when I have given in to snacks I still log them all. I have lost half a stone since January - very slow but it does work. Keep honestly logging and you will find that your eating habit s get better. Good luck - stick with it.
