  • 6 days a week for me! I take Sunday off but do 30 minutes cardio (running) 5 days a week during my lunch hour and I have started the Beach Body Slim in 6 program that runs 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) in the evenings. So really it is 1 hour a day/ 6 days a week. I am seeing results so it's working for me :-)
  • Same here! My birthday is today and my daughter baked me and the family some cupcakes.   • I totally get you!! Have lost quite a bit of weight, have been feeling great in my smaller clothes and then for 1 week I felt bloated and not comfy with myself. It's a small phase but what encourages me is that I don't look as big when I have my period now. :-)
  • Awesome job!! You did amazing and you sure have the determination!! This site has helped me a lot and even after losing weight from clean eating, I have started a new program on my birthday - today.
