How often and how long do some of you work out for?

I think anything more than 4 days a week is too much, but I'm kinda lazy.0

I do StrongLifts 3x/week for just under an hour/session.
I also do anywhere from 2-4 days of mild/moderate cardio ranging from 20-60 minutes/run - depending on my mood, weather, etc.0 -
6 days a week for me! I take Sunday off but do 30 minutes cardio (running) 5 days a week during my lunch hour and I have started the Beach Body Slim in 6 program that runs 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) in the evenings. So really it is 1 hour a day/ 6 days a week. I am seeing results so it's working for me :-)0

I run 4 days a week, usually 30-40 minutes during the the week and my long run is about 2 hours on Saturday or Sunday. And I do 30 minutes of kettlebells twice a week. I also add in yoga, pilates and danced based stretching a few times a week.0

Heavy weights twice a week. I might start leisurely walking now that it's warming up. I don't believe in chronic cardio unless the person enjoys it, otherwise it just opens up your appetite and that "runner's high" is a release of endorphins that affects cortisol levels, which ain't good. I'll add sprinting once or twice a week in another few weeks. If you find your level of activity and frequency to your liking and it's working then keep going. I just found the rebound after I stopped the chronic cardio was worse for me but that's me.0

Every. Single. Day.
Roughly one hour per day, divided up into mobility, strength, and conditioning work.0 -
I work out everyday. 2 hours of cardio, 20-45 minutes of strength. I'm feeling pretty good, and I make sure I eat at least 1600 cals a day.0

4-6 days a week 45-75 minutes per workout. workouts range from being a bada$$ in the squat rack to sprints to rowing to running to swimming. one day a week is devoted to restorative stuff like stretching, yoga, foam rolling, etc0
