I saw 130.0 this morning so I have met my challenge goal here :) Moving into maintenance/toning now so with that I am hoping that it may trim another 5lbs off.

I am beginning the Ultrasimple Diet cleanse tomorrow. You basically eat pure food for 7 days by drinking a vegetable broth, eating a fish/or chicken serving for dinners, and having a fruit/nut shake. Unlimited veggies. At night, you take a good hot bath to help release toxins.

I am starting Ripped in 30 today and would love to be apart of this group for motivation. I already did 30 Day Shred but started to putter out towards the end because I ended up getting sick and it messed with my rhythm/routine.
