thats the thing i have a dinner date with a friend this weekend so i will try to order something healthy and a baby shower on saturday where there will be tons of food. but i am doing a kick boxing session this weekend so that will burn a lot of calories!

thank you! i think i am going to try for a month straight to not go out and drink and keep up my healthy eating on the weekends so i can see better results!

and i always have a qt of water at my desk but i dont drink it at one time !

i keep wheat thins although i think i will switch to tricuits. it is way better then running to the vending machine and buying a bag of chips or like you said in and out. also not salted almonds, bananas, and i also keep products from specail k. snack bars, meal bars, and their pop corn chips

very helpful! i agree that it has to do with will power. this weekend i think i will try and plan ahead and also eat something before i go out. it is very hard though to order a salad when everyone else is ordering cheeseburges and fries but in the end its mind over matter!

my aunt sent me this recipe if anyone would like to try it it's 1/4 cup cottage cheese,.shredded llettuce, 1/2 of an avocado, 1 tomato, and 3oz of grilled chicken. U can put as much lettuce in as u want.

yes my weekends are usually full of eating out and drinking beer so it turns into just a cheat weekend but on monday i start all over again. i think keeping it to one meal is a good idea!

i dont pay that much attention to how many calories i burn. i just make sure i get my but to the gym 5 times a week and keep my heart rate between 175-190. im just starting out so im trying to pace myself, as long as i get to they gym and stay 30 to 45 mins i am proud of myself! do what works for you and the more you work…

i only ate burger king that one day! i was running all over and was starving and before i binged i stopped really fast and grabbed two snack wraps but my dinner usually consists of fish or chicken

my goal says to eat 2500 of sodium but i thinkg thats extremely high! next week i think ill prepare all of my lunches instead of the prepackaged meals

i am defiently not at that stepping stone yet! i wish i was but i just speed walk at an incline, no running for me yet! i am not a fan of running but i am working myself up to that. would a steam/sauna room give the same effect

i usually eat the same foods every day. i eat chicken most nights sometimes i alternate between fish. maybe its just my hormones :-/
