Feel free! Though I ended up cheatin a bit.. The prawns left a bit of themselfs on the skillet so I deglased with a little sherry vinegar and then put on a pre-made :noway: thai salad dressing which thickened up just lovely :laugh:

Tonights little delicasy here is a Thai style warm prawn salad, grilled green mango, grilled prawns with chilli flakes (I think you guys call them shrimp :0) Red onion, fish sauce dressing on a bed of Cos lettuce, topped with a small handfull of crushed peanuts.
