I've got another 25-35 to lose, and was shooting for Christmas to lose it by! Anyone feel free to add me too, I'm always looking for mire support! I've been really slacking on exercise lately and could use some motivation! I need to start working on toning up as I get closer to my goal!

That's awesome! I almost always add my next day's lunch to my diary as I prepare it the night before. It really helps keep me on track and then I know if I have room for additional snacks.

Me too! My ticker only shows 35 pounds lost, but I had lost 18 prior to joining MFP again. I'm looking to lose another 25-35 pounds and love extra encouragement and support!

Yay!! I was #6, I'm so proud of myself! Congrats to all the winners and everyone participating! I had a good week with sticking to my calorie limit, drank tons of water every day and had some good cardio and sculpting workouts. I'm not thinking I will have as great results this week, but I have been averaging 2# a week…
