I'm sure there are lots of website, but I like allrecipes.com . You can find healthier slow cooker recipes. I have found a lot. I just bought the skinnytaste book and have not tried anything as of yet.

I too have started over time and time again. I screw up when I have a couple of beers or a drink. The next day I have no willpower. I will add you as a friend.

OMG I know better. I do. I really do. I ordered my bridesmaid dress a size to small. I have three months.

You are an inspiration to me. Did you have a set amount of weight to lose every month? Or did you just start eating healthier and exercising and what you lost was good? It took one year for the 54 lbs? Thanks

I weigh exactly what you do. I would try a class that is easy to follow. Not step or Zumba. It is too easy to give up when you are lost or are 10 steps behind everyone else. A little weight lifting class maybe? Or a toning class? I always feel like I don't belong , like everybody is better than me. You will be seriously…

I started in January. Two key factors I had trouble wrapping my head around. Patience is the key. Also, do not give up if you have a bad day. Log it and get back on track the very next day.

I will add you. I have been eating healthier for 3 months and I log everyday. I have lost 12 lbs so far. Now I am going to set exercise goals for myself. Four times a week starting this week.

Add me too! I went to a cookout on Sunday. My sister took a picture of all of us and posted it on Facebook. I could NOT believe what I saw. And to think everybody else is going to see it.
