It's been exactly one year ago that I had a total hysterectomy.
One year ago I was at my weakest.
One year ago I was putting on the pounds like crazy.
One year ago I was very sedentary. No exercise whatsoever.

This morning I ran 4 miles before breakfast. Working a training plan to run a 1/2 marathon in November. 50+ pounds lighter than January 1st.

What a difference a year makes!

Word up!!!! I'm on lunch break and going back to the old MFP "community" tab for inspiration. I used a search engine for "hysterectomy" and this came up. That's awesome. WTG!!!! I'm almost 9 weeks post op from 2nd surgery. First surgery left the ovaries and estrogen... but 2nd surgery was need to get the rest. Now, I'm on a mission to see people do exist that battle the freakin bulge, with no estrogen left! Rock on!
