I feel like that too re:unexpected outings. You have to live life and life has unexpected things. I agree the next few days be in control, no unplanned snacks, do your workouts and you will be fine.

Hi Barb, new here too and a gramma of 3. I'm 52, no menopause yet but the sleepless nights, achy hips, knees, forgetfulness :(. Anyways, i'd like to get back to 155 WW lifetime goal. I signed up for this April challange on the motivation board. maybe try that. Its a nice totally do-able goal of 5# by the end of the month.…
