Somehow I don't think the one day I was over calories this weekend led to a gain (I was 158 and change Friday)... especially after rocking all my workouts, and the amount I was over really only balanced out a low rest of the week. I am taking a break. Nothing I seem to be doing is working. Lower calories killed my metabolism and eating at TDEE/BMR made me gain. I changed my workout, added more cardio and weight.... still nothing. I am going to take a few weeks off and revaluate some things and do a complete reset in a week or two.

I had just come off a low carb diet when I started this... so I think my body is getting used to carbs again and now the weight is slowly coming off again, the right way! I didn't make it this month, but I hope to be at that 125lbs mark soon!
