yes doing weightlifting and cardio will yield better results and you can do them both in the same day. Doing Plyometrics is really good too and burns alot of fat. best of luck!

I am wondering the same, i usually workout 3-4 days a week 30 mins of intense cardio and 30 mins weightlifting, but i work in a restaurant so i am always on my feet and walking around.

wake up around 6am, have a coffee with almond milk in it, maybe a glass of water, brush teeth/get dressed go to work eat breakfast around 9:30 or 10 on my days off ill eat breakfast around 8 and then go to the gym.

i like the clif protein bars. choco mint is my fave.

being thirsty all the time is a warning sign of diabetes. but if your in good shape then there may be another reason.

Try cutting back on dairy and only eat hormone free meat, and no processed meats(they increase inflammation) like bacon,sausage..etc. increase fruits and veggies.. might help :)

When i was on birth control it made me crave junk food all the time and i was always hungry. i stopped taking it after about 7 months because it messed with my mood. I noticed my voracious appetite calmed down after that but i guess everyones body reacts to it differently.

try working there its even harder to resist food from there while your hungry and making it lol. hopefully getting a new job soon ugh!
