Did it!! 60 squats. And ya know it wasn't as hard as my head tried to tell me when it was whispering (((just relax...you can skip today))). But I didn't! Not sure if it is my imaginatoin but my jeans feel looser in the thigh area :). Groovycadream - UR AWESOME!! I'm looking forward to doing 200.

Hi, I am in the same boat....I work 10-12 hour days. I work 8 days straight then 6 off but when I come back to work it is on a different shift each time. I did WW for awhile...and then found MFP, which is exactly the same thing...only free. My husband andI are doing this together, we started a week ago and we have both lost around 7 lbs. You can never have too much support :)

I think we all will have those weeks, but you're still going in the right direction...and thats the goal. Consider it motivation, maybe look over your log for the week and see where you can make some changes. Don't get frustrated, keep on truckin :)
